The Visit of PERDIM to Ionic Global

Ionic Global was honoured to welcome Dr. Hanafi Yahya, Secretary of PERDIM, together with Dr. Fariza Hanim for their meaningful visit to Ionic Global on 8 May 2026. We sincerely appreciate their time, initiative, and continuous commitment towards strengthening healthcare collaboration, clinical education, and community healthcare development.

The visit provided an opportunity for PERDIM representatives to gain deeper understanding of Ionic Global’s product development, healthcare solutions, and factory operations, particularly in the area of wound management and infection care. It also served as a valuable platform for constructive discussions regarding the upcoming Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions and practical wound care training involving 26 clinic participants and related case studies.

The upcoming training sessions are scheduled to be held on:

  • 15 May 2026 – Kelantan
  • 17 May 2026 – Melaka
  • 24 May 2026 – Kuala Lumpur / Selangor

Through these initiatives, Ionic Global and PERDIM aim to strengthen practical knowledge, clinical understanding, and awareness in modern wound management among healthcare practitioners. The sessions are designed to encourage continuous learning, case-sharing, and hands-on exposure that may further improve patient care outcomes within clinics and healthcare settings.

During the discussion, special attention was also given to the role of Antaviro Wound Care in supporting wound management and healing processes for clinics and hospitals. Developed with Ionic Global’s advanced technology platform, Antaviro Wound Care is designed to support healthcare professionals in providing safer, gentler, and more effective wound care management across various clinical applications.

By supporting proper wound cleansing and wound bed management, Antaviro Wound Care aims to help create a more favourable healing environment while improving patient comfort and confidence throughout the recovery process. Ionic Global believes that continuous innovation, combined with practical clinical education, can help healthcare practitioners enhance wound care practices and contribute towards better healing outcomes for patients.

As healthcare challenges continue to evolve, Ionic Global remains committed to working closely with healthcare professionals, organisations, and strategic partners such as PERDIM to promote evidence-based healthcare solutions, clinical collaboration, and sustainable healthcare awareness for the benefit of both practitioners and the wider community.

We look forward to more meaningful collaborations, educational activities, and healthcare initiatives together in the future as we continue striving towards a healthier and safer community for all.

At Ionic Global, we believe that meaningful healthcare progress is built through continuous collaboration, practical education, and shared commitment among healthcare professionals. We are grateful for the opportunity to work together with dedicated practitioners and organisations who share the same vision of improving patient care and strengthening community healthcare awareness.

Through initiatives such as clinical discussions, wound care training, and case study sharing, Ionic Global hopes to further bridge innovation with real-world healthcare needs. By combining healthcare knowledge, professional engagement, and evidence-based solutions such as Antaviro Wound Care, we aim to support clinics and hospitals in enhancing wound management practices and improving patients’ healing experiences.

Moving forward, Ionic Global remains committed to fostering long-term partnerships that encourage knowledge sharing, professional development, and better healthcare accessibility. We believe that through collective effort and continuous learning, we can contribute towards a safer, more progressive, and more patient-focused healthcare environment for the benefit of communities across Malaysia.
