Advancing Effective Wound Management Through Clinical Knowledge, Innovation, and Healthcare Collaboration
Ionic Global was honoured to present the Antaviro Wound Care Solution at Institut Perubatan Penerbangan Malaysia (Institute of Aviation Medicine, Royal Malaysian Air Force) on 19 August 2026. The session brought together healthcare professionals for an engaging exchange on advanced wound management and evidence-based approaches to patient care.
The sharing was led by Dr. Clement Apong, a hyperbaric physician specialising in advanced wound management and the treatment of diving-related illnesses. His clinical experience includes managing diabetic foot ulcers, chronic wounds resulting from previous radiotherapy, burns, and post-surgical wounds. Dr. Clement is also an occupational physician, bringing a broad and multidisciplinary perspective to patient care.
Dr. Clement as joined by Business Development Director, Mdm Monica Low, a professional pharmacist and HRD Corp Certified Trainer specialising in scalable clinical ecosystems and modern trade modernisation. With more than 20 years of experience in pharmacy and clinical operations, she is committed to advancing healthcare solutions that are safe, ethical, evidence-based, and built on trust. As the leader of Poliklinik FamilyMed, she advises corporations, NGOs, and healthcare initiatives while supporting innovations that strengthen healthcare systems and build lasting brand credibility.
